I have over 25 years of professional experience spanning the medical, energy, information technology, total quality and financial services industries. My professional roles have included: programmer, analyst, scientist, manager, manufacturing quality engineer, product developer, marketing representative, instructor, facilitator, thinker, project manager, strategic planner, executive and consultant.

Some information on my work history:

Present - consulting practice aimed at facilitating the development and growth of business ideas, partnerships and relationships where internet information technology and knowledge based solutions are a key enabler and b2b, b2c and c2b relationships are a priority.

6/89 to 5/00 - Chase Manhttan Bank. Most recently, Senior Vice President, Customer Knowledge Group, which included CRM planning, data mining and predictive modeling, knowledge-based systems and applications, customer profiling and segmentation, targeted marketing program management and business change management facilitation. Prior to that, strategic program manager, Total Quality Management executive and branch division management with quality, marketing, operations and line responsibilities.

3/82 to 6/89 - IBM. Senior Programmer Analyst to Middle Management (manufacturing quality) to Senior Marketing Support Representative.

Prior to 1982 - EG&G, Community Health, independent business owner and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

Education:

BA, Chemistry and MS, Statistics and Computer Science, plus many continuing education programs and seminars.

Certified - Group Process Facilitator and Quality Instructor.

I most enjoy using my experience and skills to facilitate small groups of people on, or in search of, a mission or cause.
